What we process
When you upload a score, we process the file, its filename, conversion settings and generated results to provide the conversion, review and download features. The service also processes ordinary request information, including IP address, to apply usage limits and operate the service.
Temporary storage
Uploaded files and generated results are stored temporarily on the service’s processing server. Jobs are scheduled for automatic removal after 24 hours; cleanup may run periodically rather than at the exact second. You can delete a completed or failed job sooner using the delete control in your recent conversions. Active conversions must finish before deletion.
Access and cookies
An essential browser cookie associates your requests with your jobs. Job pages and downloads require that browser session. Clearing cookies, using a different browser or changing devices may prevent you from reopening a job. The cookie is not an account or a permanent backup. Save exports you want to keep.
No training on uploads
Uploaded scores are used to provide the conversion you requested. They are not added to model-training datasets. BestOMR does not publish a public library of uploads.
Operational records
Basic job records and technical logs may be used to understand failures, enforce limits and maintain the service. Please do not upload confidential, sensitive or irreplaceable material to this public beta. Keep your original files.
Feedback and optional contact details
If you use our feedback form, we store the category, message and any email address you choose to provide. The email field is optional. Feedback is accessible only to administrators and retained for up to 30 days before scheduled cleanup. We use it to understand product usefulness, investigate problems or handle your request. Submitting feedback does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Do not include sensitive information or upload score files through the feedback form.
Your choices
You can use the original example without providing your own score. You can stop using the service, delete completed jobs from the same browser and clear the essential cookie in your browser settings. Use the feedback form and select “Privacy request” for questions about personal data or a deletion request. Include an email address only if you would like us to be able to contact you; a reply is not guaranteed during this beta.
